We currently only offer shipping to Germany, but we are working on expanding this to other countries.

We're pleased to announce that we offer free shipping on all orders , regardless of the order value. Whether you order a single item or multiple items, you won't pay any shipping costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on the following page: [ADD TRACKING PAGE]

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items as soon as possible!

There are no additional charges for orders within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, customs or import fees may apply. These are always borne by the customer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Some shipping providers also deliver on Saturdays. Sunday delivery is currently not possible.

No, only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you would like to have your order delivered to multiple addresses, please create separate orders.

If you're not home, the delivery driver will attempt to leave the package with your neighbors or at a pickup location. In either case, you'll receive a notification with pickup information.

During peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.

For organizational reasons, orders cannot be combined retroactively. Please place all items in one order.

Return

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend you read our Return Policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. If you would like to register a return, simply send us an email. Our team will be happy to assist you and guide you through the return process.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.

You can exchange items by returning them according to our return policy and placing a new order for the desired item. To initiate this process, please send us an email to support@azulamode.de.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in the original packaging.

In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will, of course, cover the costs in full.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5-7 business days using the original payment method used.

Yes, underwear, swimwear, and worn jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
