Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in one order and these were delivered at the same time;
  
• on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods in one order and these were delivered separately.
  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: support@azulamode.de.
You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any additional costs as a result of this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we:

• have received the returned goods or
  
• You have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the contract. This deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Reasons for the exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts :

• on the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
  
• for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date is quickly exceeded;
  
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages , the price of which has been agreed in the contract but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;
  
• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
  

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• on the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods ;
  
• for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
