How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time

Within 1-3 business days of your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for transport.

2. Delivery time

Germany: 5-10 working days

Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post / DHL Group.
All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year's Day, delivery times may be longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipping, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click on "Track Order" in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in several partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If tracking information still doesn't show after a few days, please contact customer service.
